Konrad Gruda focuses on TMT, consumer goods, retail and reconstructing, and corporate finance. In his current practice, Konrad has implemented projects to do with formulating strategies as well as restructuring, market analysis and M&A processes. He has completed a number of projects for private equity firms and banks in the field of commercial / vendor due diligence, collaborating with clients across many industries.
He graduated from Poznan University of Economics and then obtained a master’s degree in International Management, organized by the Thunderbird MBA program in the United States of America.
In his spare time he devotes time to his three children and his passion of piloting a small aircraft.
