Kyle Gordon is a Principal in Roland Berger’s automotive practice, advising companies across the automotive value chain. Within the North American automotive team, he co-leads RB’s initiatives on advanced technology topics, including electrification and AI transformation.
Additionally, Kyle is a core team member of Roland Berger’s Advanced Technology Center’s global battery team. In this role, he brings extensive experience across the entire lithium-ion battery value chain, working with OEMs, cell manufacturers, integrators, material suppliers, and policymakers.
Based in Chicago, Kyle holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
