Laurent Doucet is a Partner at Roland Berger Greater China. He leads Roland Berger's Asia Insurance practice and Value Creation work in Southeast Asia (SEA).
Laurent has over 20 years of professional consulting experience with an extensive international background, having worked in Europe, North America, and, for the past six years, Asia, where he has been based in Hong Kong. During this time, Laurent has helped clients address challenges related to strategy, transformation, operations, digitalization, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity investments. His track record includes successful assignments for both multinational and local clients.
He is also an expert in digital and operations topics, leading large transformation programs for global players that involve significant digital components to drive top-line growth, customer excellence, and efficiency objectives.
Prior to joining Roland Berger, Laurent worked for other leading international consulting firms and industrial companies across Europe and North America.
Laurent holds degrees from Imperial College and IAE.
