Makram Raad

Makram Raad is a Principal based in Riyadh, specializing in public sector strategy, industrial policy development, and financial ecosystem solutions. With extensive experience across the public, financial, and industrial sectors, he has advised government entities and private organizations on large-scale transformation initiatives and policy frameworks.

Makram has played a pivotal role in developing national industrial strategies, leading financial sustainability programs, and driving localization initiatives. His expertise includes organizational setup, incentive design, and cost restructuring to enhance competitiveness and support economic growth. He has been instrumental in delivering key projects such as the National Industrial and Advanced Technology Strategy for the UAE, financial sustainability solutions for distressed industrial companies in KSA, and COVID-19 economic stimulus initiatives across the MENA region.

Before joining the firm, Makram held leadership roles in government entities and multinational consulting firms, where he contributed to strategic transformations and operational excellence programs.

Makram holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.

He is fluent in Arabic and English and has a working knowledge of French.
