Marco Bühren
Marco Bühren joined Roland Berger in 2015 and advises clients in MedTech and Pharmaceuticals globally. He has worked on several projects in the field of pharmaceutical wholesale as well as for private equity and corporate investors. Marco strives to generate sustainable business value for his clients based on a cooperative consulting approach.
His key areas of expertise include R&D portfolio management, business and commercial strategies, go-to-market models, performance improvement and supply chain excellence. Marco has co-authored multiple studies in MedTech and Pharmaceuticals on topics including digitalization, performance improvement and structural industry shifts in Life Sciences.
Marco studied Business Administration in Göttingen and Madrid and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from IE Business School Madrid. He has worked in Europe, Middle East, US and China.
