Marcus Berret

Marcus Berret is Global Managing Director at Roland Berger. In this function, he is responsible for the consulting firm's global business together with other members of the Board of Managing Directors. In addition, he heads Roland Berger's global Industrials platform.
With more than 25 years of consulting experience across multiple industries, Marcus Berret advises clients in a wide variety of projects ranging from the development and implementation of restructuring and optimization programs through to technology and launch strategies. After joining Roland Berger in 1997, he supported clients in the German automotive industry and managed the company's global business with automotive suppliers. He was elected Partner in 2003. From 2014 until 2020, he headed Roland Berger's global Automotive practice. Marcus Berret was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Roland Berger in September 2013. In 2015, he took over the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board, which he held until March 2020 when he joined the Board of Managing Directors.
Marcus Berret studied Business Administration at the University of Hohenheim. He also studied at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris in France.
