Maria joined Roland Berger in 2006. With 15-years of experience in consulting work in Construction, Infrastructure, Transportation, Energy sectors as well as Digitalization and Transformation functional fields, Maria's key expertise is in the area of development of sustainable strategies reflecting the challenges of the new reality such as New Mobility, Smart Cities and new business models for Construction companies. She often is responsible for big transformational projects like turnaround for Construction and EPC companies, efficiency projects dedicated to costs and process optimizations for big industrial players.
One of her strategic vectors is Sustainability topics for Industrial and Construction sector. Besides her leadership skills, Maria is known for her personal commitment to the team and for her passion for turning concepts into achievements.
Maria holds a МВА Degree in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi. Before joining Roland Berger she studied at University of St. Petersburg and spent several years working in Vladivostok, Hong Kong and China.
