He is specialized in working with B2B manufacturers in the fields of chemicals, electronic components, heavy industry, precision machinery, and healthcare (vision development, business strategies, new business strategies, and company-wide transformation).

A graduate of Nagoya Institute of Technology with a master's degree in Engineering, Masaki began his career at a major manufacturing company as an engineer. He then became a consultant at global strategic consultancies.
