Masashi is a Partner at Roland Berger’s Tokyo office. Having previously worked for a Japanese systems integration company, Masashi brings with him plenty of IT experience throughout multiple industries and roles, especially relating to mobility, digital technologies, and IT.

A dedicated professional, Masashi has hands-on experience advising and assisting many companies with growth strategy, business planning, foreign market entry strategy, BPR, and more. Masashi transferred to Roland Berger’s Seoul office from 2016 to 2019 where he assisted in the delivery of various projects for many local companies.

Masashi earned a master's degree from the Graduate School of Management, at Kyoto University, Japan.
