Matthieu Simon
Matthieu is a Senior Partner with 15 years of experience in strategy consulting. He comes with three areas of expertise: Industrials; Investor Support; Digital (data and marketplaces).
Matthieu has developed key expertise in Distribution and Aftermarket in general, as well as B2B and B2C Marketplaces, notably analyzing the risks and opportunities of e-commerce. He has led several top strategy projects in mega-mergers and PMI; and multiple (vendor) due diligence, refinancing, delisting and carve-outs.
He also has broad experience in software intelligence & data topics, electric vehicle & charging infrastructures, and engineering megatrends. The focus of his projects is top corporate strategy for OEMs, OES, independent distributors and wholesalers, fleet and mobility players, e-commerce players and operational performance, including restructuring, sales & programs efficiency, and investor support clients.
Matthieu graduated from the ESCP Europe business school with a European track in Paris, London and Berlin.
