Maximilian Wegner

Max is a homegrown Roland Berger consultant based in Frankfurt, Germany. He first joined the firm as an intern and has been part of our global Automotive Aftermarket Team across several offices: Düsseldorf (2015–2017 & 2020–2022), Chicago (2017–2019), Madrid (2023–2024), and Frankfurt (since 2024).
Currently, he primarily supports automotive suppliers and OEMs in the DACH region in their strategic transformation toward Automotive 2040. Max holds a B.Sc. from EBS University and an M.Sc. from ESADE Business School.
Outside of work, he enjoys sharing his passion for cars with his 1-year-old son and traveling with his family.
