Michael Baur has been a member of the global Roland Berger Life Science team since 2007. He is a Partner in our Roland Berger Brussels office in Belgium.

Being an internationally versatile and focused expert in Pharmaceuticals and Medical Technology, Michael Baur primarily focuses on commercial growth strategies and organizational transformation to drive innovation in products, services, and business models. He serves Innovator Pharma/Medtech and Consumer Healthcare clients around the globe in close collaboration with the international RB Life Science team.

In addition to his master's degree in International Management from the University of Cologne (Germany), HEC Paris (France), and FGV São Paulo (Brazil), Michael Baur holds a PhD in Innovation Management from WHU Vallendar (Germany).
