
Michel Vlasselaer
Michel Vlasselaer has been a Partner in Roland Berger’s Belgian office since 2011. His main focus is on services companies, Engineered Products, High-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Public Sector and Transportation. He advises his clients on transformation projects such as post-merger integration, growth and customer-centric strategy. He started his career in 1986 at a major international consulting company where he became a partner in 1996. In 1999, he joined the consulting arm of an international company as a Partner in their Strategy & Change Practice in Belgium. Since 2002, he has held several management positions at IBM Global Business Services for Benelux and Southwest Europe.
Michel holds a MS in Management from the Solvay Brussels School and a PED from IMD Lausanne. He teaches strategy in the Executive Master in Management program at the Solvay Brussels School, and has authored a number of books on the subject.
