Mike Granowski
Mike is a Partner in Roland Berger's Energy and Utilities team. He has over 20 years of strategy consulting experience. He serves utility companies, merchant generators, retailers, OEMs and investors on their critical strategic and performance issues resulting in major investments and transformational change.
His background includes multiple corporate mergers and asset transactions, new market entry and business development, and a host of innovation and transformational improvement programs. Mike is currently focused on helping companies navigate and profit from the global energy transition, rise of distributed energy, storage and hydrogen, maturation of the renewable market, and the convergence of transportation and electricity.
Mike holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and BS degrees in both Physics and Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
