Neil Wu is a Partner at the Roland Berger Shanghai Office. He has more than 10 years management consulting experience, focusing on strategy development, business transformation, organization optimization and investment advice.

As an expert in the automotive industry, Neil has strong expertise at every stage of the automotive value chain with a focus on cutting-edge topics like new-energy-vehicles, connectivity, mobility, used cars, independent-aftermarket, and new retail, providing strategic insights into OEMs and suppliers to assist their business transformations.

Neil has also been advising many leading Private Equity firms on investment opportunity screening, commercial due-diligence and portfolio management. He has been driving talent development as well as building up the house knowledge.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), and Global EMBA from CEIBS.
