Neranjana de Silva joined Roland Berger’s London office in 2010 and is an expert in Aerospace & Defence. Her expertise spans performance improvement, program management, and corporate strategy. She has extensive experience working with Aerospace & Defense clients, but has also worked more generally with clients in the engineered products sector.

She has led major transformation and performance improvement assignments with OEMs and their supply bases across the UK, France, Germany, and the US in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Neranjana holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cambridge.
