Neury Freitas is a Partner at Roland Berger's Chicago office and the Head of the North American Automotive Aftermarket Practice. With close to 20 years of consulting experience, he serves clients across the entire value chain – including vehicle manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers, distributors, retailers, service providers (quick lube, maintenance, and collision), and technology players that are shaping the automotive aftermarket industry. Neury is also a trusted advisor to the investment community, supporting strategic and financial buyers and sellers in transactions within the broad automotive sector.
His role frequently involves leading global projects, with a strong focus on America-Europe-Asia collaboration.
He began his career with Roland Berger in the São Paulo office in 2008, playing a pivotal role in building Brazil's Automotive team. Before joining Roland Berger, he gained valuable experience at a global beverages company in sales and operations roles.
Neury holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from São Paulo University and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
