Nicola is a Partner in Roland Berger's Milan office, where he advises large and mid-market companies in the automotive and industrial goods industries. Nicola has a deep understanding of corporate and market strategy development, M&A, restructuring, performance improvement and digital change.

Before joining Roland Berger, Nicola worked for another prominent consulting firm and served as a general manager for a packaging manufacturer in the consumer goods industry.

Nicola studied Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Milan, and Corporate Finance at UCSD, California.
