
Nicolas Dumas
Nicolas is a Partner at Roland Berger’s Paris office and a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences team.
He joined Roland Berger in 2024 and brings over 20 years of experience in consulting and the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his career, he has advised life sciences leaders on a wide range of commercial topics, including new product launches, go-to-market strategies, and commercial organization and effectiveness.
Nicolas has also led numerous external growth initiatives, including M&A target screening, acquisition opportunity assessments, and post-merger integrations.
In addition, he has spearheaded multiple transformation projects, focusing on operating model optimization, cost reduction programs, organizational redesign, and process improvement.
With extensive international experience across Western Europe, the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, and the US, Nicolas brings a global perspective to his work. He holds an engineering degree from École Polytechnique in Paris and an MPA from École Nationale d’Administration.
