Nikolaus Lehmann
Nikolaus Lehmann is a Partner at Roland Berger’s Munich office, specializing in electronics within the Industrial Products and Services team. Niko joined Roland Berger in 2024 and brings more than 15 years of prior industry and consulting experience. He began his career in 2008 in the corporate strategy department of Germany’s largest semiconductor manufacturer. In 2011, he transitioned to a business development role with the global leader in integrated compute chip design and manufacturing.
In 2015, Niko joined a global consulting firm, where he specialized in the electronics and semiconductor industry. He serves clients across the entire semiconductor and electronics value chain, helping investors navigate this complex space. Niko has successfully led engagements in corporate strategy, portfolio management, and transaction-related topics. Additionally, he has extensive expertise in operations and cost reduction, including R&D optimization grounded in deep technological insights. His client base spans Asia, Europe, and North America.
Niko holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a Dipl.-Ing. degree from the University of Karlsruhe.
