Oscar leads Roland Berger Mexico’s Industrials and Automotive practices. He has more than 20 years' consulting and industry experience, in growth and portfolio strategy, market entry, commercial due diligence, M&A strategy, and business model design. He is an expert in market analysis, innovative trends, and growth strategy for OEMs and automotive suppliers. His experience also includes the mobility, power & utilities, oil & gas, renewables, and chemicals/fertilizers industries.
Prior to joining Roland Berger, Oscar founded the strategy practices at two global consulting firms and led the advanced manufacturing and mobility sector at another global consulting firm. Additionally, he was head of the foreign investment department for a major public institution.
Oscar earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, and his MBA from the University of Melbourne.
