Patrick Ruthardt is a Principal in the Digital Platform team, with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he spent five years—most recently as a project manager—in in-house management consulting for a premium automotive manufacturer in Stuttgart. His expertise encompasses digital innovation, digital transformation, digital target operating models (TOM), and governance.
Patrick helps companies future-proof their business models and processes through digital solutions and innovative strategies.
He studied business administration and political science at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), as well as at Harvard University in the USA and Jiao Tong University in Shanghai.
