Pedro Caruso

Pedro Caruso is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger, bringing over 25 years of management consulting and industry experience. He has worked extensively across the energy ecosystem, including oil and gas (upstream and downstream), power generation, and chemicals sectors.

Pedro specializes in strategy, operating model design, performance improvement, and large-scale transformation. His core strength lies in combining first-principles consulting with a deep understanding of human and organizational dynamics. He has advised companies of all types, including nationally owned, privately owned, and publicly owned entities, across North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Beyond his professional work, Pedro is deeply involved in community initiatives. He serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston and sits on the Board of EMERGE Fellowship, where he previously held the position of Chairman from 2019 to 2021.

Pedro holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School, a finance specialization with honors from IESA, and a Summa Cum Laude degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar. Fluent in Spanish and English, he also has a working knowledge of Italian and dabbles in Arabic and Hebrew.
