Pedro Galhardas

Pedro brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate strategy definition, transformation program shaping and execution across a broad range of sectors such as Energy, Infrastructures, Retail and Consumer Goods.
The majority of his career has been in Strategy Consulting. Having previously worked at Roland Berger, where he became Partner in 2010, he led a wide range of key projects for leading companies not only in Portugal but also Spain, Brazil, Mexico and Angola, contributing to the development of Roland Berger in the most relevant Portuguese and Spanish speaking markets.
In the past 6 years Pedro has developed his consulting experience on Digital transformation projects in both the public and private sectors, covering all types of strategic digital challenges such as creating new digital businesses, defining efficiency programs driven by digital technologies (e.g. AI) and designing and implementing digital transformation programs across the entire operating model.
In addition to his extensive experience in Strategy Consulting he also worked as an Executive in an Oil&Gas company, in charge of leading several Business Units in Portugal and Spain, 2 large M&A transactions and post-merger integrations.
Pedro studied Economics and Business Administration (MBA) in Lisbon. Recently, he completed an Executive diploma in Analytics Strategy in Chicago.
