Andrea Hagenmeyer is a Director at Roland Berger’s Stuttgart office and is part of the Operations Platform. She joined Roland Berger in 2024 and has led several material and product cost optimization projects across different industries to improve the performance and competitiveness of companies.

During her industrial career, she learned the importance of managing the value of a product over its entire life cycle, which requires collaboration and discipline from all related functions, as well as integration into the organization and core processes of the company.

Andrea brings 17 years of industry experience in the automotive and machinery sectors, having worked in production planning, cost engineering, purchasing, and controlling departments, as well as in corporate functions across various companies and business units.
In her last position before joining Roland Berger, she built a global in-house consulting organization and established operational and strategic projects at four global locations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering with a focus on Logistics Management from the University of Stuttgart.

Matt Page is a leader within the Transactions and Investor Support (TIS) business at Roland Berger, where he leads the TIS practice in Canada. Over the past 10+ years, Matt has worked with Canadian and global investors across various asset classes to develop overall fund strategy, optimize fund operations, assess new investment opportunities, and unlock tangible value with portfolio companies. While he focuses on the Canadian market, Matt has also worked with global investors (GPs and LPs) in Europe, North America, and Asia on a variety of topics.

Matt is also the Board Chair of Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto, an organization dedicated to helping those affected by cancer meet the emotional, social, and practical challenges of cancer-related stress. He holds an Honours in Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario), graduating on the Dean’s List.

Christina Gröger is a Partner at Roland Berger’s Stuttgart Office and part of our digital platform. Christina joined Roland Berger in 2024 and has more than 24 years of consulting experience in digital transformations. She advises and serves clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, and engineering, on digital and data-enabled business transformations. Her areas of expertise include managing complex ERP transformation projects, leveraging a deep understanding of SAP and architecture to drive transformation strategies, and helping clients realize value quickly through their core technology transformations.

Before joining Roland Berger, Christina worked for a software vendor, where she advised clients on implementation strategies, for a process and management consultancy, where she was responsible for a unit of developers and architects, and for a strategy consultancy in digital transformations.

Christina is passionate about helping her clients to make the most out of their investment in core tech platforms, especially in challenging situations like mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and efficiency programs. Outside of her client work, she enjoys mentoring women in technology to step into senior roles.

Christina holds a diploma in business administration with a focus on information management from the University of Pforzheim.

Tilo Polster is a Principal in the Transformation Practice at Roland Berger, where he advises large and medium-sized clients across industries on managing strategic transformation programs. His expertise focuses particularly on organizational development, HR transformation, and people transformation.

Tilo has been a strategy and top management consultant since 2016. Before that, he worked as an in-house consultant for a large media conglomerate. His project experience spans Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Tilo holds a doctorate in business administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and has also studied in Italy.

Tamino is a Principal in our Transportation, Tourism & Logistics (TTL) team within the Regulated & Infrastructure platform. Based in Munich, he frequently focuses on managing complex transformation programs related to performance improvement in the TTL industry.

Over the last few years, Tamino has developed particularly strong expertise in the travel ecosystem (airlines, airports & tour operators) as well as in the logistics sector (container shipping, ports & rail cargo).

He holds a Bachelor's degree in General Management from EBS University (with an exchange at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology), as well as a Master's degree in International Business from the University of St. Andrews.

Alessandro Grigolon is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Milan office, where he leads projects in Financial Services, with a special focus on payments. Alessandro joined Roland Berger in 2014 and has over 10 years of experience in strategic management consulting, specializing in fintech-related projects and go-to-market strategies for new offerings in the payments sector. In addition to payments, his areas of expertise include consumer finance and retail banking.

His expertise covers the launch of digital banks, payment cards, and innovative payment products—including CBDCs and digital assets. He has also led major IT projects, such as the migration of large payments platforms.

Alessandro’s focus areas include strategy and business planning, post-merger integration, PMO, go-to-market strategy, and optimizing operational processes for payment providers. He works with a diverse range of clients, including payment providers, retail banks, fintech startups, and consumer finance specialists.

Alessandro holds a Master of Science in Management & Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Padua. He is fluent in Italian and English, with proficiency in German.

Yun Lin is a Principal at Roland Berger's Shanghai office. He is a core member of the China automotive team and a recognized expert in the commercial vehicle and off-highway industries, having worked with nearly all of the top OEMs and suppliers to help transform their businesses.

Yun has extensive expertise in improving R&D efficiency, driving sales innovation, and planning cutting-edge technologies such as autonomous driving and new energy solutions.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Kulit joined Roland Berger in 2017 after spending several years in the M&A Division of a leading global securities and investment banking company. In 2021, he took a short career break from consulting, where he served as the Head of Strategy and Board Member for Thailand’s #1 electronics retail chain.

Throughout his 10+ years of experience, Kulit has supported many high-profile private and public sector clients across Thailand and SEA. He specializes and focuses primarily on real estate development, economic development, tourism development, innovation management and organizational transformation topics.

Kulit is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Carlo is an automotive specialist with a dedicated focus on the industrial development of both automotive OEMs and OESs throughout their life cycles. His expertise encompasses feasibility studies, scale-up and growth phases, and optimization and efficiency programs. Additionally, Carlo contributes to the broader Industrial Products & Services platform at Roland Berger, where he has garnered a wealth of experience with a particular emphasis on capital goods.

Carlo joined Roland Berger Middle East in January 2023, bringing with him nearly a decade of strategic management consulting experience gained in continental Europe, North America, and the Asia Pacific region. In the Middle East, he advises a diverse range of clients in both the private and public sectors, addressing their strategy development and deployment challenges.

Carlo holds a Master’s of Science double degree in International Management from Fudan University in Shanghai and Bocconi University in Milan, where he also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Florian Hartmann joined Roland Berger in 2024 and is a Director in our Digital platform, based at Roland Berger’s Dusseldorf Office. Florian has more than 17 years of experience, gained globally at leading Financial Services and Tier 1 Strategy Consulting Companies. He supports his clients with IT Program Health / Turnarounds, IT Portfolio Optimization, IT Efficiency Programs, ToM designs, Digital Transformations, as well as Vendor Management methods.

Florian is a Data Strategy / Use Cases expert focusing on Digital Enablement / assessing and defining Digital Business Models. Especially around process automation and GenAI use cases to support customer needs and business & IT teams. His clients include global insurance groups, banks, asset managers, and Private Equity Funds. Before joining Roland Berger, Florian was the C-1 / Head of Section and Managing Director of IT for a major Tier 1 FS company, responsible for IT steering. Prior to that, he led digital transformations and IT programs for consulting companies and banks globally.

He also has vast experience in leading long-term transformation programs and conducting due diligences.

Koji is a Partner at Roland Berger’s Tokyo office.

He has more than 20 years consulting experiences with focus on the energy related arena. He has provided consulting services to major companies in electric industry, gas industry, oil industry and relevant manufacturers, trading houses and government authorities. He covers a wide range of topics such as scenario planning, strategy building, new business building, operation optimization and cost reduction.

He places particular importance on identifying essential management issues via communication with client senior management, developing and executing solutions for the issues closely collaborating with the clients.

Koji joined Roland Berger after working at some other management consulting firms. Koji holds a BA in Law from the University of Tokyo in Japan.

Ida is a Principal within Roland Berger’s Water Practice (Regulated & Infrastructure) in Singapore.

She joined the firm in 2024 after prior experience in strategy consulting with a boutique water advisory firm. She possesses know-how of broad range of water topics, from water and wastewater treatment to reuse and desalination across municipal and industrial sectors, having served multinationals, technology companies and investors. She focuses on leading strategy projects for companies seeking to accelerate their growth, especially in emerging markets of Southeast Asia, but also in Europe and Americas.

Ida seeks to create sustainability impact through her work, such as improving access to drinking water and sanitation in Southeast Asia and Africa by working with Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and investors to realize infrastructure projects. She is also working with industrials to help them to take responsibility for their water usage, encouraging them to not only minimize their water footprint but also to positively impact the environment. This involves tackling shared water challenges and fostering a collaborative approach to sustainability.

Ida holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Uppsala University, Sweden.

Nizar Hneini is a Senior Partner in the Middle East Region. Nizar is the Managing Partner of Roland Berger’s Qatar Office and Co-lead of the Public Sector Practice in the region. He joined the company in 2024 and is a veteran of the consulting industry with over 20 years of experience in Europe, The US, The Middle East and Africa.

Nizar advised clients for over two decades on strategy development and execution, business and digital transformations, corporate venturing, policy and regulation, setting up and overseeing major technology and IT programs with a specific industry focus on telecommunications, public sector, technology and energy.

Nizar studied Computer and communications Engineering at the American University of Beirut and holds a Master of Science in Communications Engineering from TUM Germany as well as an MBA from the joint program at Kellogg Northwestern / WHU in both Chicago US and Vallendar Germany.

Shusaku is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Tokyo office, and a core member in Restructuring, Performance & Transformation.
His primary focus is on consumer goods and retail industries, such as consumer electronics, restaurants, hotels, and weddings.

In addition, he has a strong track record of successful turnarounds and DX as a business executive. After working for a major electronics company, he joined Roland Berger in 2011.

He later worked for two service companies and was COO and CEO of a publicly traded restaurant company before his rejoining Roland Berger.

Shusaku studied Administration Engineering at Keio University and received his MBA from Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University.

Michelle is a Principal in our Boston office. She is passionate about business strategy and dedicated to helping her clients grow their businesses. With more than 10 years of international consulting experience, she has helped clients tackle strategic challenges, enter new growth sectors, complete complex M&A deals and transform their businesses.

Michelle is a core member of the Materials and Process Industries team, focused on a range of specialty chemicals topics, including food ingredients and battery materials. Her experience includes work in a diverse set of environments, with consulting clients in the US, Canada, Brazil, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, the UK, China, Oman and Saudi Arabia. She has also coached entrepreneurs in North Macedonia, Russia and Moldova.

Michelle received her Honors in Business Administration from Ivey Business School and her MBA from London Business School.

Alexandra is a Principal at Roland Berger's Middle East office, where she covers Mobility topics in the Transportation, Travel and Logistics team. She joined RB Moscow in 2013 after completing her studies at Moscow State University and ESCP Business School.

Alexandra has extensive experience in public transport, rail, tourism and destination development, with a key focus on innovative mobility, including sustainable and connected transport and digital solutions.

Dominique Rohmer is Principal in the Restructuring, Performance and Transformation team at Roland Berger. He has more than 12 years of work experience in management consulting.

Dominique is an expert in complex organizational transformations with a deep functional expertise in HR and IT. He has worked across industries with a particular focus on Automotive & Commercial Vehicles as well as Industrial Products & Services.

Dominique started his career in international project management at globally leading consumer brand in France, and had a leadership role in a globally successful company builder in Germany, before joining management consulting.

Jonas Lehmann is a Principal in the Munich office of Roland Berger. His consulting activities focus on the financing, up-scaling and commercialisation of innovative technologies, particularly in the cleantech sector.

He has in-depth technical knowledge, extensive expertise in strategy development and financing and extensive experience in the development of high-performance innovation ecosystems. He has led numerous projects for scale-ups, large corporations and governments in Europe, the US and the Middle East.

Jonas studied physics at the Technical University of Munich and at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems in Stuttgart, and also holds a Master of Honours in Technology Management from the CDTM in Munich. After completing his studies, he founded and managed a start-up in the field of semiconductor chip-based neurointerfacing.

Maarten is a Principal within our Amsterdam office and began his professional journey in 2014 as a Consultant. With a focus on the chemicals, water, and agri/feed industries, he specializes in guiding clients through performance and growth challenges in sectors where the Netherlands traditionally holds a leading position.

Since joining Roland Berger Amsterdam, Maarten has cultivated a diverse portfolio, leading projects in performance improvement (cost optimization, strategic enhancements), and growth initiatives (market entry and business plans). Wiebke Stranz has been with Roland Berger since 2017 and advises clients in the public sector and healthcare. Wiebke Stranz clients range from a large number of federal ministries, federal authorities and healthcare organizations.

Her aim is to build long-term and trusting client relationships based on a cooperative consulting approach and to accompany projects from strategy development to implementation.

Between 2019 and 2021, Wiebke Stranz was Director at a large German medical technology company and successfully built up a consulting unit within the group as part of this role. Clients included university hospitals and hospital chains in particular.

Jörg Delhaes is a Principal in our Transaction & Investor Services team in Munich. He stands for consulting expertise in Post-Merger Integration (PMI), Carve-out and Joint Venture. He enhances Target Operating Models' performance with a holistic approach that integrates cultural alignment and corporate foresight.

Delhaes is an alumnus of academic institutions in Germany, Portugal & South Korea and earned a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a PhD in Corporate Foresight. At Roland Berger since 2015, he applies his expertise to the Industrials, Automotive, Energy, and Healthcare sectors.

Christian Hartmann is a Principal in the Financial Services area at Roland Berger. His expertise focuses on the dynamic areas of Payments, FinTech, Innovation, and Transformation.

With a deep understanding of the entire payments value chain, he advises a wide range of clients, including banks, payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, merchants, industrial companies, schemes, and investors in this sector.

Houda is a Principal at the London office with extensive experience in Strategy and Operations, focusing on the Infrastructure and Utilities sectors. She joined Roland Berger in 2018 and has over 14 years of experience, split between strategy consulting and industry. Together with her team, Houda serves a selection of industry-leading corporate clients and institutional investors, helping them define, realise, and accelerate company results. Sebastian Braun is a Principal in Roland Berger’s Industrial Platform and based in our Hamburg office. With his passion for automotive technology he is member of our global Automotive supplier team and the Advanced Technology Center (ATC).

He has extensive experience in large-scale performance improvement programs and technology strategy developments for leading automotive suppliers across the globe with a focus on EMEA. His consulting expertise covers optimization along the entire value chain with a functional focus on product development and engineering efficiency .

Having spent 2 years in Sweden, he holds degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Linköping Technical University and the Technical University Hamburg.

Marvin Kattendiek is a Principal at Roland Berger in Düsseldorf and part of the global Roland Berger Marketing & Sales management team. His consulting focus is on marketing and sales topics for B2C and B2B companies.

During his time as a consultant, Marvin Kattendiek has built up extensive project expertise, particularly in the consumer goods, retail and automotive industries in Europe and North America.

Dr. Edeltraud Leibrock is a Senior Partner in our Digital Platform and Global Managing Director, responsible for innovation worldwide.

Edeltraud joined Roland Berger's Digital Practice in 2023. She has extensive experience in strategy consulting and has advised clients in the strategic areas of technology, innovation, digitalization, AI and transformation.

She has also held senior roles in the banking industry, including Chief Operating Officer on the board of one of the world's leading development banks and Group Chief Information Officer of a large public bank in Germany.

Edeltraud is involved in the Fraunhofer Technology Transfer Fund and the Center for Artificial Intelligence Hamburg, among others.

She studied physics and biology at the University of Regensburg and holds a doctorate in physics from the Technical University of Hamburg.

Johannes is a director at our office in Zürich and part of the IMPEX team. He has more than 21 years of experience in corporate restructuring, management, consulting, and sales across various industries. He began his career at a textile manufacturer and continued it in the global sales division of a German automotive manufacturer.

He then transitioned to the manufacturing industry with an internationally operating company. Subsequently, he joined a startup in the payment services sector. At an internationally active marketing, sales, and media services group, he oversaw the restructuring and led global operations with 23 offices worldwide as COO and interim CEO. Since 2015, Johannes Braun has been working for family businesses in various roles and advisory positions.

Johannes studied at the University of St. Gallen, Marietta College in Ohio, and INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Ibai has over 20 years of consulting experience. He has developed his career at a multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm where he has dealt with emerging technologies in materials & process industries, capital goods, manufacturing sectors as well as infrastructure capital projects (mainly water and energy).

Following his entrepreneurial spirit Ibai established the strategy consulting practice in Latin American offices (Mexico and Colombia). More recently Ibai launched the new corporate office in Riyadh and HQ for the Middle East.

Ibai is passionate about turning ideas into reality, having a strong track record in structuring bankable feasibility and PPPs, developing marketing strategies as well as in defining diversification, restructuring and growth strategies.

He has worked mainly across Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. Ibai speaks Spanish, English and Basque. Likewise, he has basic knowledge of German that is willing to reinforce in Roland Berger.

Ibai received his master’s degree in Business Administration from Deusto Business School, got his specialization in marketing at the University College Cork and has completed several executive programs at IESE Business School with focus on multicultural project management.

He has been living in Saudi Arabia for the last 3 years, and his wife will now join him in Riyadh.

Rohit Bhatia is a Director in Roland Berger's Transaction and Investor Services practice in Southeast Asia with a focus on M&A investor support. He works with financial investors including Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Infrastructure Funds, and strategic investors in the pre-deal through commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, fund investment strategy and target screening and in post-deal value creation.

He has over 15 years of strategy consulting experience, of which more than 10 years were spent supporting financial investors conducting more than 100 due diligences over a range of industries. His primary focus industries include Consumer Goods & Retail, Healthcare, Infrastructure and Agribusiness.

Rohit has worked across Southeast Asia, Australia and Europe and holds an MBA from National University of Singapore with a focus on strategy and finance; and Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Alia is a Partner at Roland Berger and heads our Sports practice in the Middle East. Throughout her 18 years of experience, Alia has been at the forefront of various initiatives aimed at advancing the Middle East region's sports sector, including the development of multiple national and regional sport strategies for GCC countries. Known for her expert analysis on sports policy and development, Alia’s portfolio encompasses comprehensive advisory roles for eminent public sector institutions and sporting bodies.

Alia's expertise extends to multifaceted commercial and merger & acquisition advisory services, where she has excelled in investment appraisals, crafting business plans, and executing meticulous due diligence. Her advisory proficiency is highlighted through her work with a range of sport sector clients, contributing to the development of strategic plans, the orchestration of sports events and competitions, and the enhancement of institutional frameworks.

Alia graduated from London Business School, UK with a Master’s in Business Administration and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the American University in Cairo.

Carmen has nearly 12 years of consulting experience in the energy industry and is part of the energy and utility practice in the Middle East.

Her focus lies in strategy transformation, covering strategy development and business design, corporate performance management, governance, and operational excellence.

Carmen is also known for her ability to deliver go to market strategies, drive business growth, implement licensing reforms, and devise strategies to attract, promote investments, and enhance investor experience.

In addition to that, she also led the diversity & inclusion, mental health, employee experience, and talent agenda fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and impact.

Carmen speaks Arabic and English, and she has worked mainly across the Middle East. Carmen has a BS in Biology from the American University of Beirut and a MSc in Neuroscience from the University of Ottawa.

With more than 15 years’ experience in technology and telecommunications industry, Chetan serves leading telcom operators, policy makers, network and IT service providers, Hi-Tech. companies and institutional investors on many of their key strategic, financial and performance challenges.

His clients include telecom operators (mobile, fixed, integrated and wholesale), hyperscalers, regulators, network and IT vendors, OEMs and investors.

He brings to the table experience in strategy, finance, operations, M&A from an industry leader and from a management consultant perspective.

Chetan is currently focussed on helping operators profitably navigate their “telco” to “tech co” journey by shaping network roadmaps, monetizing new (e.g. 5G) and exhisting tech., scaling frontier technology use cases (e.g. AI, AR/VR, 5G IoT use cases etc.), building “co-opete” strategy for hyperscalers, building operations for new products/geographies and exploring opportunities to explore new asset monetization models (e.g. wholesale).

Theresa Werkhausen is an expert for DTC (direct to consumer), omnichannel and loyalty. She joined the consumer goods & retail practice in October 2023.

She has extensive experience in the fashion, luxury, and consumer industry where she held different operational management roles leading the DTC business (incl. e-commerce and retail stores) to new heights. Her focus lays on building and transforming businesses from a fragmented retail landscape and silo online channel into an overarching Omnichannel experience, always executing a customer first mindset.

Within the past 15 years, Theresa Werkhausen created and implemented customer first strategies not only from the industry perspective, she also consulted international brands and companies on customer experience, marketing and sales topics. She consults by and always follows the motto "Retail is detail" and combines the best of both worlds: her in-depth industry and operational knowledge with the consulting toolkit.

Theresa Werkhausen holds an international MBA from WHU as well as several certificates among others from the University of St. Gallen.

As a Principal at Roland Berger, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise in within the Electric and Electronics sector. His focus spans Electric and Electronics companies, including semiconductor, consumer electronics, automotive, and component manufacturers.

Kay Thielemann joined the Automotive team at Roland Berger Munich as a Partner in 2023 and advises automotive manufacturers and suppliers on new product development strategies, portfolio management and the optimisation of development processes as well as efficiency improvements.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, including more than 14 years of extensive consulting experience. Prior to this, he founded the in-house consulting department of a large automotive supplier and established it over a period of 12 years.

Kay Thielemann studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Dresden. He earned his doctorate in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.

Daniel Tao is a Principal in Roland Berger’s Chicago office. He is a key member of the Capital Goods team focusing specifically on the Built Environment – serving clients across the building products, building technologies and building materials value chains.

He has extensive experience in strategy development, performance improvement and investor support. Daniel also leads broader volunteer/service and community engagement activities across North America.

Rebecca, based in New York, is a Principal at management consulting firm Roland Berger. Rebecca is part of the Industrials platform at Roland Berger, focusing on automotive suppliers and OEMs and specializing in operational strategy, large-scale transformation, and performance improvement.

Rebecca is the co-head of Women@RolandBerger Americas, where she leads the Women Leaders in Industry speaker series, as well as various internal initiatives focusing on recruiting, retaining, and developing women in consulting.

Outside of Roland Berger, Rebecca is the author of non-fiction book Made to Change: How to Positively Disrupt Your Life.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Rebecca is a runner, reader, and wildlife lover, with a hobby of traveling to global locations to trek and photograph wildlife.

As a Principal at Roland Berger, Philipp Zottmann is supporting international predominantly family-owned and medium-to-large sized companies with strategic and transformational challenges. As a recognized expert in sales and marketing functions, his focus is on two areas: Development of actionable and customer-centric market- and growth-strategies, as well as the operationalization of these through organizational enablement and transformation.

Philipp combines extensive experience in traditional B2B industries with B2C industries and services his client in Europe, Asia and the US.

Prior joining Roland Berger in 2014, Philipp studied Business Administration at the University of Erasmus in Rotterdam (NL), Since his MBA at INSEAD University in France, he is a permanent member of the Sales & Marketing team. Philipp is married and lives in Zurich.

Feras joined Roland Berger in 2022 with the objective of growing our CEI (public sector) presence across the Middle East region.

For the past decade, in consulting, Feras has been supporting public sector entities across KSA, Qatar and the UAE to achieve their National Transformation Plans with a specific focus on national competitiveness (helping regional economies compete at a global scale).

Moving forward, Feras will work on cementing our foothold in topics including national investments such as foreign and national outward direct investments in the Middle East region.

Feras did his higher education in the United Kingdom and holds a master’s degree from Imperial College, UK in Economics and Strategy.

Lisa Staedtler is a Principal in our Industrials Platform, based in Munich. She has a strong track record in defining robust strategies and enabling prompt implementation.

Since joining Roland Berger in 2016, Lisa’s functional focus lies on growth strategies and transactions, especially diversification strategies and new technologies.

Within our Industrials Platform, Lisa is part of our Capital Goods team. She is a core pillar of our Packaging & Processing as well as Construction Equipment team.

Lisa holds a double Master’s degree in Business and Economics as well as International Financial Management from the University of Uppsala and University of Groningen.

Oliver Holtkemper is a Principal in Roland Berger's Investor Support and Industrial practices. He advises private equity firms and corporate clients on commercial due diligence, strategy development and value-creation.

Oliver's expertise covers industrial sectors such as electronics & semiconductors, capital goods, precision engineering and automotive.

He holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a PhD from the Technical University in Berlin.

Wataru is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Tokyo office.
He is a core member in Consumer Goods and Retail, and he also has deep expertise and experience in Media and Entertainment industry.

He has strong functional expertise in marketing and branding. He also covers broad range of topics, such as corporate strategy, investor support, new business development, cost reduction, etc.

Before joining Roland Berger, he worked for another consulting firm. He holds a master’s degree in international public policy from Osaka University.

Floor first joined the Amsterdam office as a consultant in 2011, working on a broad range of projects.

She then moved to Dubai in 2015 and held several positions during her 7+ years in the Middle East. Floor worked at a globally operating shipping company, founded a social enterprise and worked as a freelance consultant for a range of clients in the Middle East and the Netherlands, focusing on sustainability and ESG-related topics.

Floor studied Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management at Delft University of Technology.

Usman is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Middle East office based in Dubai. He has over 15 years of management consulting and project management experience in the Middle East and South Asia.

Usman specializes in the Aviation Industry specifically on the operational aspects of the value chain. From a functional perspective, he focuses on Strategy Design, Business Planning, Process Efficiency and Operating Model Optimization.

Starting his career with a multinational FMCG organization, Usman joined one of the largest airlines in the world as a trusted advisor to their executive leadership. During his experience there, he led business-critical cost transformation initiatives working across multiple divisions such as airline MRO, ground handling services, network operations, and airport operations.

Usman studied at GIKI, Pakistan where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Lasers and Optoelectronics Engineering, followed by a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from Warwick Business School, UK.

Hugo brings 17 years of Technology Strategy and CIO leadership experience in IT/Tech Due Diligence & Post Deal (Acquisition, divestiture, carve-in), Software Due Diligence & Scale up, CIO Interim Management, IT Outsourcing Management, ERP Assessment / Management (S4 Hana), Cloud Business Case, Green IT Assessment, IT Cost Management and Innovation Tech Management (AI, IT Automation, Data) across multiple sectors including Automotive, Pharma, Utilities, Manufacturing, Industrials and Private Equity.

His experience includes primarily the design and the execution of CIO roadmaps to match C-Level expectations based on M&A, Restructuring, Build up, Joint Venture and Carve-In contexts.

Hugo graduated from KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux with a master’s degree in audit/controlling.
