Philipp Schmitt is a Partner in Roland Berger's Industrial Products & Services unit. After his PhD, he joined the Zurich office in 2012. Philipp focuses on Long-Life Cycle Products, B2B Electronics and Energy Equipment.
His expertise is end-to-end from strategy to performance improvement. He is also a core member of the Services/After Sales Excellence team and drives digitalization topics. Philipp is experienced with large-scale transformation projects but mainly advises medium-sized companies in the DACH region.
