Pieter Niehues
Pieter C. Niehues joined Roland Berger in 2022 and is a Partner in the Operations practice with a focus on Procurement and Supply Chain Management topics.
He has advised a range of global organizations across Consumer Goods, Retail, and Real Estate as well as in the Media and Entertainment sectors, specifically supporting them to develop future-proof procurement ecosystems capable of adapting to rapidly changing market environments. His expertise includes the management of global opportunity assessment and procurement value creation programs aimed not only at identifying opportunities and strategic approaches for his clients, but more importantly at helping them effectively secure long-term value contributions by sustainably enabling and strengthening their procurement operating model.
In addition to many years in consulting, Pieter has also headed the procurement function of a leading international player in the housing industry.
He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
