Pontus Mannberg is Head of the Nordic Transaction & Investor Services practice, serving clients across: CDD, M&A advisory, Value creation and Restructuring. Over the course of a career spanning two decades, Pontus has supported Corporates, SMEs, Financial Institutions and Private Equity clients.

His sector focus ranges over Business Services, Industrials, Technology, Financial Services, Consumer goods, e-commerce/retail and Infrastructure, with +200 CVDD/CDD cases delivered.

Together with top executive teams and investors, Pontus solves a variety of strategic and operational challenges. He has helped companies assess and acquire businesses, create value through improving the top-line performance and entering new market entries. He has also restructured businesses through cost take-out, performance improvement and exit/ carve-out cases.

He holds a master's in Business Administration from Lund University (Sweden), as well as from the Université Jean Moulin (France).
