Qiang Jackson Zhang

Jackson is a home-grown Roland Berger consultant who joined the RB Shanghai office in July 2017. He is a core member of the China automotive team and a true expert with deep insights into both the auto OEM and supplier sectors. He leverages his extensive knowledge to develop key accounts for sustainable business growth. Additionally, he works as a transformation navigator, developing new offerings to improve the profitability of auto suppliers.

Jackson is dedicated to cultivating and motivating the next generation. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in semiconductors from Fudan University. He lives in Shanghai with his wife and their 3-year-old son. In his spare time, he enjoys driving and traveling.
