Raj Kumar

Raj brings over 25 years of experience in supply chain consulting, with a strong focus on end-to-end strategies for retail, consumer goods, life sciences, and various other industries.

In his most recent role as a Partner at a leading global consulting firm, Raj led the Logistics and Fulfillment practice for North America. His primary responsibilities included developing and implementing logistics and distribution strategies, network design, and operational improvements for clients in the consumer and retail sectors.

Before this, Raj was a Partner at two other top-tier consulting firms, where he led the logistics practice and played a critical role in shaping the retail and consumer supply chain practice. During this time, he spearheaded the development of a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for the largest department store in North America. This initiative involved defining the business strategy, customer service commitments, network strategy, and inventory management framework.

Raj holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is married with three grown children. In his spare time, he enjoys weight training, mountain trekking, fishing, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.
