Ralph Mair
Ralph Mair is a Partner at Roland Berger's Zurich office. He is focused on the industrial client segments with a particular focus on industrial automation and elevators/building technology. He has deep topical experience in growth strategies (organic, inorganic), transactions including commercial due diligences, performance improvement/restructuring, cost and complexity reduction and digitalization.
Before joining Roland Berger, Ralph was responsible for the restructuring of a mid-sized manufacturer of plastic components in Switzerland. Prior to this engagement, he worked for eight years as a Performance Improvement Manager in the Swiss office of a global consulting company focused on industrial goods and services, retail and consumer goods.
