Roger is a Principal in the Düsseldorf Office and a retail and wholesale expert who joined Roland Berger in 2023. He has more than 10 years of retail experience blending operational management roles within PE-backed retail as well as consulting.
His focus is on driving top-line performance, through category management strategies, pricing and promotion strategies, sales excellence and operations, supply chain optimizations as well as format strategies within omni-channel retail environments.
Roger has delivered numerous performance improvement cases, large-scale transformations, post-merger integrations, and PMO-driven value creation programs. Clients Roger has worked with are within grocery, DIY, and beauty retail across Europe, Asia, and the US.
Roger holds degrees in Business & Economics and Business Administration, specializing in Market Strategies, from TU Dresden, the University of Bamberg, and USI Lugano. Together with his two children and wife he lives in Düsseldorf.
