
Rolf Janssen
Dr. Rolf Janssen is Partner at Roland Berger's Automotive team and is based in our Munich office. His functional expertise is focused on topics related to enterprise-wide restructuring, strategic alignment of operational business units, as well as cost-efficiency programs in operations and production periphery.
He has carried out a large number of international client projects including many assignments in his focus industries of automotive, engineering & manufacturing and transportation.
In addition to his consulting career, Rolf has six years of experience in R&D as a research engineer for the aerospace, automotive and machine-tool industries, where he was the head of the department dedicated to industry-related research and process optimization.
Rolf graduated successfully with an apprenticeship in Mechatronics and obtained a diploma degree in Production Technologies from the University of Bremen. Additionally, he holds a PhD in Manufacturing Technologies from the University of Bremen.
