
Santiago Castillo
Santiago Castillo advises funds and their portfolio companies in the Middle East on strategy formulation, investments, transactions, and sector-wide transformation, primarily in the industrial, technology, and sports sectors. He has helped establish new industries in the region, set up national champions, and launch new investment companies.
With over 25 years of experience in management consulting, he has been based in the Middle East since 2012. Before that, he spent 15 years in the Netherlands, advising multinational clients across various sectors.
He holds an MBA with honors from IE Business School in Madrid and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Fluent in Dutch, Spanish, and English, he is also proficient in German and French.
