Sebastian Steger is a Senior Partner in our Financial Services team in Berlin. He has over 15 years of consulting experience working with Financial Services clients, in particular development finance institutions, central banks and regulators as well as retail banks. As a digitization expert Sebastian supports clients in the development of digital business models, the adoption of disruptive technologies like Blockchain, as well as the digitization and modularization of products and processes and associated transformation tasks.

Before joining Roland Berger, Sebastian worked with several international banks. He studied Business Administration at the Berlin School of Economics and Law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder).
