His career spans transformative roles across multiple industries, particularly in specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, and industrials, serving clients that include global chemical companies, industrial firms, and private equity portfolio organizations.

Sid has a proven track record of delivering impactful results, such as accelerating cost-saving synergies of over $263 million and identifying $139 million in revenue opportunities during his tenure as Chief Transformation Officer for a leading chemicals company. His accomplishments include driving over 150 M&A transactions, leading integration and carve-out strategies, and transforming operations and commercial operating models to enhance customer-centric value generation.

Sid’s educational background includes an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston. His recent achievements include crafting growth strategies, managing M&A and merger integration initiatives, and transforming operations for a specialty chemicals firm during a major acquisition. He successfully led a carve-out separation and developed the M&A and merger integration growth engine for a rapidly expanding industrial company. His work has also included transforming global manufacturing and supply chain operating models for a chemical company to enhance customer-centricity and value-generating services, conducting a growth strategy assessment for a large chemical business unit to address digital market disruptions and identify new opportunities, and implementing an end-to-end operational alignment to simplify processes, improve margins, and reduce working capital for a global chemicals company. Furthermore, Sid played a pivotal role in integrating a North American technology firm to expand its horizontal platform across digital products, operations, supply chain, and back-office functions.
