Sophia Klotz

Sophia is a homegrown Roland Berger consultant who joined the Dubai office in 2016 after an initial experience at a leading global tech firm in France and the Middle East. She transferred to the Casablanca office in 2018.

Sophia has developed her expertise in two key areas. On one hand, she has worked extensively in the banking sector, collaborating with both commercial and central banks on various initiatives, including AI. On the other hand, she is developing the sustainability practice in Morocco and has led projects on waste management, renewable energy, and green finance.

Recently, she became a mother to a baby boy and enjoys traveling and hiking.
