Stephan joined Roland Berger in 2015 where he specializes in advising global pharmaceutical, MedTech, and chemical industries, as well as private equity funds and investors.

Throughout his career, Stephan has developed multiple corporate strategies, including overseeing the successful creation of innovative supply models for specialty drugs. In addition, Stephan has extensive experience working on large-scale organizational transformative projects across the globe.

Stephan Fath has an interdisciplinary background, holding a double degree in Business Administration and Chemistry from the University of Duesseldorf, Germany.
