Stephan Hartmann
Dr. Stephan Hartmann is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger in Zurich and is part of our Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction unit since 2020. As an expert in bottom-line efficiency improvement, cost reduction and digitization, Hartmann advises on all topics on the CFO agenda, including post-merger integration, carve-out programs, finance transformations and shared services/ global business services (GBS). Most recently, he was the Co-Head of the finance & performance practice of a global auditing and consulting firm.
Hartmann has more than 18 years of professional experience in industry and consulting, with an industry focus on mechanical engineering, high-tech, and pharmaceuticals.
Hartmann holds a PhD from the University of Zurich and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in Chicago and a MSc in Management from the University of Mannheim.
