Sven Siepen
Sven is a Senior Partner and heads our Machinery and Plant Engineering practice. Since more than 20 years he supports local and multinational clients in the machinery and production systems industry, construction material producers and power generation including oil & gas equipment OEMs as well as automotive supliers in Europe, Asia and Northern America. His expertise includes corporate and market strategy development, sales and service business expansion, production relocation, performance improvement and digital change.
Sven is author of various studies and innovative thought papers on topics such as service excellence, value pockets in service, engineering excellence, automation, digitalization eg. in construction supply, and opportunities in oil & gas equipment. He also hosts the Strategic Planner Circle, a leading networking platform for Swiss strategists. Sven holds a Master in Finance, Accounting and Controlling from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
