Tim Longstaff
Tim Longstaff has been a Partner in Roland Berger’s London office since 2015. He advises clients in the construction, engineering and energy industries. He is an engineering-focused strategy consultant with more than 20 years of experience split between professional services and industry. He has held leadership roles in various consultancies, where he deepened his knowledge and expertise in the engineering sector, serving environmental companies, technical consultancies, contractors and energy equipment manufacturers. He has worked on projects in the US, the Middle East, China and Europe.
Tim began his career in 1992 as a Development Engineer working with Rolls-Royce. He then joined IPG Strategy Consultants (subsequently acquired by Roland Berger) in 1998, where he became known for aftermarket and technical services projects. Tim holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cambridge University (UK) and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
