Usman Tahir
Usman is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Middle East office based in Dubai. He has over 15 years of management consulting and project management experience in the Middle East and South Asia.
Usman specializes in the Aviation Industry specifically on the operational aspects of the value chain. From a functional perspective, he focuses on Strategy Design, Business Planning, Process Efficiency and Operating Model Optimization.
Starting his career with a multinational FMCG organization, Usman joined one of the largest airlines in the world as a trusted advisor to their executive leadership. During his experience there, he led business-critical cost transformation initiatives working across multiple divisions such as airline MRO, ground handling services, network operations, and airport operations.
Usman studied at GIKI, Pakistan where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Lasers and Optoelectronics Engineering, followed by a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from Warwick Business School, UK.
