Uwe Hörmann is a Senior Partner in our Civil Economics, Energy and Infrastructure team. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in various top management positions and industries. Uwe has developed deep expertise in corporate strategy, corporate finance & controlling, post-merger integration and mergers & acquisitions, including de-merger and corporate leadership as well as an industrial focus on public infrastructure.

Uwe started his career at an elevator manufacturer, where he served as Assistant to the CEO. Following three years as the CFO of an e-learning software company, Uwe joined the financial services department of a multinational automotive corporation, where he held various management positions in Brazil, the US and Germany. Before he joined Roland Berger, Uwe also served as CFO and VP Corporate Strategy for a German airport.

Uwe graduated from the Technical University in Berlin.
