Vasco Teixeira

Vasco Teixeira is a Principal based in the Middle East and leads the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) client team for the region. He specializes in operational strategy, transformation, and industrialization, with a focus on performance improvement, post-merger integration, and strategic transformation for private equity and corporate clients.

With over 20 years of experience, Vasco has successfully led over 60 operational improvement projects, supporting organizations in revenue growth, capability ramp-up, and footprint expansion. He has extensive expertise in industrial strategy development, ERP implementation, due diligence, and manufacturing transformation, helping clients optimize their target operating models, operational excellence, and performance across global markets.

Before joining the firm, Vasco held leadership roles in strategy, operations, and transformation, working on complex mergers & acquisitions, industrial scale-ups, and capability enhancement initiatives.

He holds an MSc in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University, a BEng in Aerospace Engineering, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Planning & Inventory Management. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
