Veronika Schneid

Veronika is a homegrown Roland Berger consultant who first joined the firm in 2015. She is part of the RPT platform and, with her strong quantitative background and experience in the Analytics team, focuses on holistic performance improvement and turnaround programs, as well as business planning.

She has successfully helped several clients in the automotive, mechanical engineering, and construction industries.

Veronika lives in Berlin and is passionate about hiking, skiing, and good food.
