Walter Pfeiffer is a Partner in the Global Energy & Chemicals practice based in Düsseldorf. He joined Roland Berger in 2006 after gaining extensive experience in top management consulting at two large consulting firms. He advises oil and chemical companies worldwide, focusing on his areas of expertise: optimizing & managing costs in production, supply & logistics and growth strategies, international competitiveness and integration of acquisitions. Walter Pfeiffer has a degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
While very profitable today, the oil & gas industry faces an uncertain future and needs to manage a difficult business transformation.
