As an expert in automotive consulting industry, he has more than 10 years of professional consulting and management experience, as well as a broad client portfolio that includes many SOEs, MNCs and listed companies. He has also a strong focus on commercial vehicle, parts business and mobility.

Wenbo Yuan has steered a number of key projects across the automotive value chain, from new energy vehicles, smart mobility, marketing, branding to aftersales, providing strategic insight and help to automotive OEMs, suppliers, distributors and investors at home and aboard. He also has strong expertise in operational, functional strategy and organizational structure optimization.
