Yusuke Matsumoto

Yusuke joined Roland Berger's Tokyo office as a Junior Consultant in 2013. As a member of the TIS team, he has worked with private equity funds and corporate clients on a range of M&A topics, including portfolio strategy, commercial due diligence (CDD), post-merger integration (PMI), and value creation.

Dedicated to expanding the TIS platform in Tokyo, Yusuke actively fosters cross-country and cross-platform collaboration. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Tokyo.
